📜 How Gopalganj got its name
The story goes that one of Rani Rashmoni's grandsons was called Nabagopal. The 'Gopal' in his name plus 'ganj' for market gave Gopalganj.

Gopalganj is about 150 km from Dhaka; the journey takes 3–3.5 hours.
