ডেলিভারি ও ফেরত নীতি

Unseen Bangladesh শপে শুধু ডিজিটাল পণ্য বিক্রি হয় (ম্যাপের JPG ও PDF ফাইল)। কোনো কিছু ডাকে বা কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হয় না।

ডেলিভারি

• পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে কেনা ম্যাপ আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্টে খুলে যায়, আর পণ্যের ডাউনলোড পাতা থেকে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে নামাতে পারবেন। সাইটের ঘণ্টা চিহ্নেও জানানো হয়।
• সাধারণত কয়েক মিনিটের মধ্যে, সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি হয়।
• একই অ্যাকাউন্টে সাইন ইন করে যেকোনো ফোন বা কম্পিউটার থেকে যতবার খুশি আবার ডাউনলোড করা যায়। কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ নেই।

কখন টাকা ফেরত পাবেন

• একই জিনিসের জন্য ভুল করে দুইবার পেমেন্ট করলে।
• পেমেন্ট হয়েছে কিন্তু ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ম্যাপ খোলেনি, আর আমরা সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারিনি।
• ফাইল নষ্ট বা খোলা যাচ্ছে না, আর আমরা ঠিক ফাইল দিতে পারিনি।
• দামের চেয়ে বেশি টাকা কাটা হলে (বাড়তি অংশ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে)।

কখন টাকা ফেরত হবে না

ডিজিটাল ফাইল একবার খুলে গেলে বা ডাউনলোড হলে ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়, তাই শুধু মত বদলের কারণে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না। কেনার আগে প্রতিটি ম্যাপের প্রিভিউ দেখে নিন।

বাতিল

পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে আমাদের জানান; সেই অর্ডারে কোনো টাকা কাটা হয়ে থাকলে পুরোটা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

কীভাবে ফেরত চাইবেন

1. পেমেন্টের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে info@unseenbangladesh.com-এ লিখুন।
2. লিখুন: আপনার নাম, যে Google অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে কিনেছেন, কোন পণ্য, পেমেন্টের তারিখ, আর ট্রানজেকশন আইডি বা যে নম্বর থেকে পেমেন্ট করেছেন।
3. আমরা ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে উত্তর দেব। ফেরত অনুমোদিত হলে যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছিলেন সেখানেই ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত যাবে।

টাকা ফেরত দিলে সেই কেনা ম্যাপের ডাউনলোড আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

Delivery and Refund Policy

The Unseen Bangladesh shop sells digital products only (map files as JPG and PDF). Nothing is sent by post or courier.

Delivery

• Once your payment is confirmed, the maps you bought open in your Google account and you can download them straight away from the product's download page. You are also notified by the bell on the site.
• Delivery usually takes a few minutes, and at most 24 hours.
• Sign in with the same account to download again as often as you like, on any phone or computer. There is no delivery charge.

When you get a refund

• You paid twice for the same item by mistake.
• You paid, the maps did not open within 24 hours, and we could not fix the problem.
• The files are damaged or will not open, and we could not give you working files.
• You were charged more than the price (the extra is refunded).

When a refund is not possible

Digital files cannot be returned once they are unlocked or downloaded, so we do not refund for a change of mind. Please look at the preview of every map before you buy.

Cancellation

To cancel an order before its payment is confirmed, tell us; if any money was taken for that order, all of it is returned.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to info@unseenbangladesh.com within 7 days of paying.
2. Include your name, the Google account you bought with, the product, the payment date, and the transaction ID or the number you paid from.
3. We reply within 3 working days. If the refund is approved, the money goes back to the method you paid with within 7–10 working days.

When a purchase is refunded, its downloads are removed from your account.
