এই শর্তাবলি Unseen Bangladesh ওয়েবসাইট (unseenbangladesh.com), গুগল প্লে-র অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ আর সাইটের শপের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। সাইটটি পরিচালনা করেন মোঃ সাব্বির হোসেন রবিন। সাইট ব্যবহার করলে বা কিছু কিনলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
সেবা
Unseen Bangladesh একটি ভ্রমণ সাইট: ঘোরা জেলার ম্যাপ, ৬৪ জেলার ভ্রমণ গাইড, ট্রিপ প্ল্যানার, ট্রেনের সময়সূচি, কুইজ ও খেলা, আর শপে বিক্রির জন্য ডিজিটাল ম্যাপ। বেশিরভাগ ফিচার বিনামূল্যে, অ্যাকাউন্ট ছাড়াই ব্যবহার করা যায়।
অ্যাকাউন্ট
কিছু ফিচার আর শপ থেকে কেনার জন্য Google দিয়ে সাইন ইন করতে হয়। নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা আপনার দায়িত্ব। অন্যের নামে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা বা অপব্যবহার করলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারি।
শপ: দাম ও পেমেন্ট
- সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) লেখা, আর কেনার পাতায় যে দাম দেখাবে সেটিই চূড়ান্ত।
- পেমেন্ট হয় বিকাশ, নগদ বা অন্য যে মাধ্যম কেনার পাতায় দেখানো আছে তার মাধ্যমে। আমরা কখনো আপনার পিন, পাসওয়ার্ড বা কার্ডের তথ্য চাই না বা রাখি না।
- পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে কেনা ম্যাপ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে খুলে যায় (বিস্তারিত ডেলিভারি ও ফেরত নীতি-তে)।
কেনা ম্যাপ ব্যবহারের অনুমতি
কেনা ম্যাপ নিজের পড়াশোনা, ক্লাস, প্রেজেন্টেশন, রিপোর্ট বা প্রিন্ট করে ঘর সাজাতে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। ফাইলগুলো আবার বিক্রি করা, অন্য কোথাও আপলোড করে বিলানো, বা নিজের নামে প্রকাশ করা যাবে না। প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য অনেক কপি বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের অনুমতি লাগলে info@unseenbangladesh.com-এ লিখুন।
সাইটের তথ্য
ভ্রমণ গাইডের খরচ, সময়সূচি, ট্রেনের ভাড়া আর অন্যান্য তথ্য আনুমানিক এবং সময়ের সাথে বদলাতে পারে। যাওয়ার আগে নিজে যাচাই করে নিন। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না, তবে ভুল জানালে দ্রুত ঠিক করব।
আপনার পাঠানো লেখা ও ছবি
লুকানো রত্ন, রিভিউ, ছবি বা অন্য কিছু পাঠালে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে সেটি আপনার নিজের বা পাঠানোর অধিকার আপনার আছে, আর সাইটে আপনার নামসহ দেখানোর অনুমতি দিচ্ছেন। আমরা প্রতিটি জমা দেখে অনুমোদন করি, এবং যেকোনো জমা না দেখানো বা সরিয়ে দেওয়ার অধিকার রাখি।
যা করা যাবে না
- সাইট, সার্ভার বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা, স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বিপুল পরিমাণ তথ্য তুলে নেওয়া।
- ভুয়া পেমেন্টের তথ্য দেওয়া বা অন্যের পেমেন্ট নিজের বলে দাবি করা।
- আপত্তিকর, মিথ্যা বা অন্যের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কিছু পাঠানো।
মেধাস্বত্ব
সাইটের ডিজাইন, লেখা, ম্যাপ আর লোগো Unseen Bangladesh-এর। ভ্রমণ গাইডের কিছু ছবি Wikimedia Commons থেকে নেওয়া, প্রতিটির নিচে লেখক ও লাইসেন্স দেওয়া আছে।
দায়
সাইটটি যেমন আছে তেমনভাবে দেওয়া হয়। কারিগরি সমস্যায় সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে। কেনা জিনিসের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় আপনার পরিশোধ করা দাম পর্যন্ত।
আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
পরিবর্তন
শর্তাবলিতে পরিবর্তন হলে এই পাতায় হালনাগাদের তারিখসহ জানানো হবে।

These terms apply to the Unseen Bangladesh website (unseenbangladesh.com), the Android app on Google Play and the shop on the site. The site is run by Md. Sabbir Hossien Robin. By using the site or buying anything, you agree to these terms.
The service
Unseen Bangladesh is a travel site: a map of the districts you have visited, travel guides for all 64 districts, a trip planner, train timetables, quizzes and games, and digital maps for sale in the shop. Most features are free and work without an account.
Accounts
Some features and buying from the shop need Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account safe. We may close accounts opened in someone else's name or used for abuse.
Shop: prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳), and the price shown on the checkout page is final.
- Payment is made through bKash, Nagad or the other methods shown at checkout. We never ask for or store your PIN, password or card details.
- Once a payment is confirmed, the maps you bought open in your account (see the Delivery and Refund Policy).
How you may use maps you buy
You may use maps you buy for your own study, classes, presentations and reports, or print them to put on your wall. You may not resell the files, upload them elsewhere to share, or publish them as your own. For many copies for an organisation, or for commercial use, write to info@unseenbangladesh.com.
Information on the site
Costs, timetables, train fares and other information in the guides are estimates and can change. Please check before you travel. We are not liable for losses caused by out-of-date information, but we will fix errors quickly when told.
What you send us
When you send a hidden gem, review, photo or anything else, you confirm that it is your own or that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to show it on the site with your name. We review every submission and may decline or remove any of them.
What is not allowed
- Trying to harm the site, its servers or other users, or scraping large amounts of data automatically.
- Giving false payment details or claiming someone else's payment as yours.
- Sending anything offensive, false or that infringes someone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, maps and logo belong to Unseen Bangladesh. Some photos in the travel guides come from Wikimedia Commons; the author and licence are shown under each one.
Liability
The site is provided as it is and may be unavailable at times for technical reasons. For anything you buy, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new date.
