📜 How Jhenaidah got its name
The rivers and pools ('doho') here were full of mussels ('jhinuk'). 'Jhinuk' plus 'doho' gave Jhinedoho, which became Jhenaidah.
How to get to Jhenaidah
Jhenaidah is about 220 km from Dhaka; the journey takes 5 hours.
