History and background
Since the Padma flood-protection embankment beside Rajbari town was paved, the Godar Bazar area has become a leisure spot. The vast Padma, its chars and the sunset are the attractions.

Rajbari is about 136 km from Dhaka; the journey takes 3–3.5 hours.
