History and background
Ruins of a huge mosque built in 1479 in the reign of Sultan Shamsuddin Yusuf Shah. Next to it is the Darasbari madrasa, thought to be one of the oldest madrasas in Bengal.

Near Chhoto Sona Masjid.
Chapai Nawabganj is about 300 km from Dhaka; the journey takes 6–7 hours.
